Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment process, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

Orders that are lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window will be investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
